Camping...well, sort of...

Chad had to put up our tent in the backyard to test it out before his scout camp out...and Cameryn was so excited about going "camping". But really our "camping" consisted of eating dinner in the tent and watching Aladdin. She had such a ball pretending that we were roughing it. She loved hanging out in the tent and jumping on the air mattresses!

Oh, Grandpa Craig would be proud of her camping enthusiasm. Hope you had a great time with Tiffy. Hope she sees that I called her Tiffy. Aladdin was on TV today and it totally reminded me of Camers. I sure miss you all so much. Love.

"Real" camping with small kids is no fun at all. It's hard enough to keep them out of trouble in the confines of your own house, let alone when you have to worry about them wandering off and getting eaten by a bear or falling into a river.

That's a step better than us! Sometimes I put the tent up in the living room! So the fact that you got in into the backyard is HUGE!

Way to start them young! You can't be a member of the Young clan without being an outdoor woman!!! What a cute idea. I would be putting that tent up in my backyard if I did'nt feel I would be eaten by some wild creature!! Love Ya

I like your way of camping! Cause then I could sleep in my own bed and pee in my own toilet. Win/win. :)
