It's a Potty Party...

So basically this week we have been home on the potty...just hanging out and watching movies. Talk about excitement. We're making progress, but we've got a ways to go. If anyone has any suggestions, please share them. I would love some advice on what has worked and what has not. We'll keep you guys posted as I know you are all on the edge of your seats :) I figure as long as she's out of diapers before high school, we're good right?

What a small world! I should have started a while ago when Caden was begging me to potty train him but I started Saturday with him just in big boy underwear I don't want to do the pull-up thing cause he just thinks it's a diaper. So exactly what Im doing is I have a treat jar up in the potty room and every 30 minutes just ask him when he needs to go potty and when he does he gets a little treat. All of them are not treats there are stickers and pencils etc.. I hope it goes well. Well help eachother out.

Oh Yea! I let him also pick out his new big boy underwear so he thinks it's alot cooler!

What a big girl!! Love it! She's going to do well, girls are so much easier than boys when it comes to anything related to a toilet.

Good luck. No suggestions here. I know she'll get it, though. She is so smart. She catches on so fast. You are an awesome mommy too.

We've tried a few days of potty training with Conner. He did really well at first and has gotten progressively worse. I think the newness is wearing off. We give him a few fruit snacks if he goes peepee on the potty and a popscicle if he poops. We've had a few accidents in the pants, even poopy ones. I guess it comes with the territory and we aren't in the position right now to just stay home. Oh well...like you said, by high school and I'm good.
